Workshops and T'ai Chi Classes
What is T’ai Chi? Translates “Supreme Ultimate” T’ai Chi is an 1000 year old exercise system rooted in Chinese Medicine and Martial Arts. T’ai Chi is best known for its balance improvements, health benefits, fluid movements and unique approach to self- defense.
Mr. Wild began studying T'ai Chi in 1974 and learned the Classical Yang Long style created by Dr. Mucci.

In 1980 Mr. Wild joined the St. Louis T'ai Ch'uan Association. He learned and continues to practice and teach the Yang Short Style. Cheng Man Ching (see amazing video click here)

He has also taught T'ai Chi at St. Louis Community College since 2002 and at Gold's Gym in Maryland Heights, MO and Washington University School of Medicine.
